We are Nathan and Hailey Seale, the proud founders of Reformanda Coffee Company.

While Hailey lovingly tends to our three boys at home, Nathan diligently works a full-time job. With the arrival of our third son, we found ourselves searching for ways to better support our growing family, but we were determined to find something more than just a means of increasing income. We wanted something that we both loved and could relate to.

Our decision to launch Reformanda is rooted in a dual passion. Firstly, we share a genuine love for coffee—beyond just its taste and flavor. It's the sense of camaraderie that only a good cup of coffee can bring.

Secondly, we aspire to extend that spirit of friendship and connection to our local community, which is truly the goal of our business—to cultivate that bond of friendship for our customers that is truly unique to experiencing specialty coffee.
